By Delivering Turnkey websites, our customers can come up against recurring problems:

- Can I use my logo as the main image in an article? (Look no further: the answer is “NO”)
- What format do I need to use for the image to display properly?
- How do I cut my image?
The problem is that even though we've introduced clear instructions into the content editor, you still need to know which tools to use to manage these images, so we're pleased to introduce you to our new tool for resizing images for the web:”Snaperies“
With Snaperies, the principle is simple:

A proprietary methodology for well-executed projects
At Coteries, we focus on a personalized working methodology, based on our many past and present collaborations, to provide the best working conditions for the success of our customers' web projects.
Our methodology is based on a planning that is both consistent and adaptive: we set up sprints, generally lasting two weeks, divided into two one-week phases, while communicating clearly and in a standardized way with our clients about the objectives of each sprint.
A phase corresponds to the completion of a series of tasks by Coteries or by the client: reviewing this or that content, supplying images, validating the design, etc. Like a sprint, a task is limited in time.
At the end of each sprint, Coteries presents the deliverables and the progress of the project. This process is then repeated until the project is completed.
Thanks to this methodology, customers have a clear vision of the project's progress and can project themselves into the future, while project management becomes more structured and organised, enabling us to monitor several projects at the same time, even large ones!
