An NGO based in Switzerland mandated Coteries to design and develop a clickable prototype of a mobile application. The mandate was based on our package “Design Workshop” to deliver a clickable prototype, as well as serving as a “bill of specifications” to develop a mobile application.

The goal was to define, design and develop wireframes and a clickable prototype, which will serve as a demonstrator and as a bill of specifications. Members of the NGO will then be able to test the finalized clickable prototype and use it on their own as a basis to request independent development offers to develop and launch their own mobile application.

The NGO provided us with a list of technical specifications and a list of basic graphics requirement. After the kickoff of the “Design Workshop”, where we discussed all requirements of the project, Coteries designed the User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) of their mobile application. We designed 4 different features in the clickable prototype.

After some iterations we delivered a full clickable prototype of their mobile app and all the documents required to serve as a “bill of specifications”:

  • Concept Design
  • Interface Design
  • Visual Design
  • Basic technical references
  • Product requirements definition with a project plan illustrated with a Gantt diagram.
